Secretary

  1. Take notes during Executive Committee meetings and distribute afterwards, either via Slack or email.
  2. Take attendance during our weekly meetings and update the website attendance section.
  3. Assist President with executive committee meeting scheduling and agenda prep, if needed.
  4. Maintain club records, such as rosters, charter documents, and club correspondence.
  5. Update the officer list with Toastmasters International, when we hold elections.
